Processing Time
We make it our business to ensure a timely delivery of your order, so we will always aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours pending product availability and credit verification. Please bear in mind that time frames are an estimation and can sometimes take a little longer than expected.

UK Delivery: 2-4 Working Days
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom should arrive at your door within 2-4 days, from Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please note, delivery times can vary, but we will always work hard to get your parcel to you as soon as possible. 

EU Delivery: 1-4 Working Days
Browns aims to dispatch all packages to Europe within 1-4 working days after your order has been processed. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please note, sometimes there can be delays due to Customs clearance, which are unfortunately out of our hands.

International Delivery (Non EU): 3-7 Working Days
International deliveries have further to travel, so your new pieces may take between 3-7 working days to arrive. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please note, sometimes there can be delays due to Customs clearance, which are unfortunately out of our hands.
